At NYU, I have been involved in leadership positions. I was the president of the ITE-NYU student chapter and at the same time the vice-president of the ITS-NYU 2017-2018, where I had been planning and organizing student events in collaboration with the MTA and NYC DOT through the planning and operations process at NYC Transit, one of the most expensive and complex networks in the world. I was also the president of the organizer committee of the past 2017 Northeastern district Collegiate Traffic Bowl and Research Symposium 2017 held for first time at NYU. For all these reasons and leadership activities, I was selected as the Student Leader Award “Interpersonal Leadership Development of the Year.

 

 

The ITE-NYU is part of the ITE Metropolitan Section of New York and New Jersey.  Formed in 1945 and represented by over 800 transportation engineers and planners, the ITE Met Section provides members in the New York/New Jersey area with a network of local transportation professionals who are dedicated to the betterment of the local infrastructure to provide harmonious movement of goods and travelers.
